We can provide free guided support to help you and your family through the application process.
Our mental health expertise and knowledge around NDIS will help you access the best quality services.
Once eligible you will have 1 to 1 support to help you achieve increased:

• Improve your relationships
Our mission is to support family recovery and make a positive difference in the community and mental health sector through advocacy, education and delivery of quality support services.
Mentoring – a professional mentor will work with you to help achieve your goals
Peer support – a worker with lived experience of psychosocial issues will assist you around social and community engagement.
Mental Health Education – Recovering our families is a fully facilitated eight week online education course. The course is designed to educate and support individuals and carers in a safe and supportive space; and provide tools to aid mental health recovery.
Having a break – Self-catering accommodation that sleeps up to 7 people.
Recreation – individual or group activities such as walking, gym and swim to develop confidence, skills and provide an opportunity to socialize.
Episodic Mentor Support – A mentor will work with you on a short-term basis during periods of crisis.
Young Carer Camps – Includes skills, confidence development and training.
Carer Support – online, one on one, carer education delivered by counsellors.
