November 9, 2021 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
When mental health challenges change your family’s future, it’s normal to feel grief and loss. Your loved one may be alive and close by, but due to their mental ill-health you may start to mourn a part of them. You might grieve for the hopes and dreams you had for them, or the identity you may have lost when becoming a carer.
In this workshop, we will explore loss and grief through expressive art activities and learn self-care tips and coping skills to help bolster our own wellbeing.
