If you are taking care of someone experiencing mental health challenges, staying calm and centred during a crisis can be challenging. HelpingMinds® presents a one-day workshop to explores ways on how to ground yourself using mindfulness and meditation skills.
This event hopes to help individuals cope with the challenges that arise with their loved one’s mental health. This event is an opportunity to meet other carers, share stories and experiences while enjoying creative and fun therapeutic activities.
