Staying calm and centered during a crisis can be challenging.
This one-day workshop explores ways to ground yourself using mindfulness and meditation skills so you can cope when challenges arise with your loved one’s mental health. It is an opportunity to meet other carers, share stories and experiences while enjoying creative and fun therapeutic activities.
