Staying calm and centred during a crisis can be challenging.
This one day workshop explores ways to ground yourself when challenges arise with your loved one being unwell, using mindfulness and meditation skills.
It is an opportunity to meet other carers, share their stories and enjoy some creative fun therapeutic activities.
