If you are caring for a friend or family member experiencing mental health challenges, this can be a demanding and often isolating experience. if you do not have someone to confide with and is looking for a break, HelpingMinds® provides Groups and Workshops to connect with people experiencing the same thing.
Come along to our Peer Support Workshop, a safe space for carers to meet like-minded people, share stories, get creative and connect through the power of peer support. This event includes a hands-on “polymer clay creations” activity and a free dinner!
Carer Gateway in WA is delivered by Carers WA in partnership with HelpingMinds®. Our Peer Support Workers can help guide you through difficult times and provide means for self-healing and understanding.
