If you are supporting a loved one with a mental health challenge, it can often be an isolating and frustrating experience.
This one-day workshop provides the opportunity for carers to connect with others in similar situations. Carers can share the experiences, successes and challenges they have encountered while supporting their loved ones and navigating the mental health system.

– Respite care
