Supporting someone living with mental health challenges can be a demanding and often isolating experience.
Every 6 weeks come along to a morning of candle, soap and diffuser oil making as you connect with others, practice
mindfulness and relaxation, and learn more about the NDIS.
When: Mondays | 10.00am – 12.30pm 6 May, 17 June, 29 July, 9 September, 21 October, 2 December
Where: HelpingMinds office, 180 Durlacher St, Geraldton WA
Who: Adults who are supporting a family member or friend experiencing mental health challenges
