When you are supporting someone close to you with mental health challenges, it can be difficult to make time for your own wellbeing.
Join us for a monthly wellness session available online and in our Geraldton Office where we will explore yoga, mindfulness, meditation and other relaxation techniques. This class is beginner-friendly with a focus on self-care.
