If you are supporting someone close to you who lives with mental health challenges, it’s easy to forget about your own wellbeing. Come along to our support group, a safe space to take time for yourself, share your experiences, connect with others and build hope. Each session will be themed around a particular topic, however participants will also have the opportunity to share what is on their mind.
Third Tuesday of the month | 10am – 12pm
