Healthy Horizons (8-12 years) – BOOKED OUT
A two-day workshop for kids to boost their mental wellbeing, enjoy mindful art and craft activities, have fun with outdoor games and meet new friends. Includes an excursion to the movies and ten-pin bowling!
When: Monday 11 & Tuesday 12 January | 9.30am – 3.30pm
Where:
Monday 11 Jan: Wilson Community Hall, Corner Braibrise and Armstrong Roads, Wilson
Tuesday 12 Jan: Drop off at Hoyts Cinema Westfield Carousel at 9.30am. Pick up from Wilson Community Hall at 3:30pm
Who: For children aged 8-12 years who have a family member or friend who is experiencing a mental health challenge
To bring: Please bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen and enclosed shoes on all days
Cost: Free | Registration essential | Lunch and snacks included

To give everyone in the community a fair chance, each child can enrol in a maximum of two workshops. Please note, registrations close one week prior to the start of our School Holiday Program, being Monday 4 January. To avoid disappointment, enrol your child(ren) as soon as possible by completing the form. You will receive a follow up call from a HelpingMinds team member to confirm registration and eligibility.
