A fun two-day workshop for kids to boost their self-esteem and confidence while discovering mindfulness and relaxation skills. Kids will make new friends and learn how to express their emotions in a healthy way. Includes an excursion to the Ern Halliday Recreation Centre.

To give everyone in the community a fair chance, each child can enrol in a maximum of two workshops. Please note, registrations close one week prior to the start of our School Holiday Program, being Wednesday 7 April. To avoid disappointment, enrol your child(ren) as soon as possible by completing the form. You will receive a follow up call from a HelpingMinds team member to confirm registration and eligibility.
