A half-day workshop for Indigenous youth to educate, empower and enable them to have healthy bodies. Indigenous youth will be introduced to mindful eating and will be empowered to make healthier food choices that suit them. Indigenous youth will explore ways to make healthier versions of their favourite meals and more!
