Free interactive workshop for children
A hands on workshop where kids can meet new friends who understand what it’s like to have friends or family affected by a mental health challenge.
Be a chef for the day and have lots of fun with food!
- Create some fun recipes with food
- Have some messy fun play with your food and learn about healthy choices
- Have lunch and feed the animals at Caversham Wildlife Park
- Picnic and fun activities at the beach

Time: 9.30am – 3.30pm | Lunch and snacks provided
