Walking Alongside You on Your Mental Health Journey
At HelpingMinds, we understand that mental health challenges don’t just affect individuals—they impact families, carers, and entire communities. That’s why we offer a range of services to support people living with mental health challenges, as well as those who care for them. Whether you need practical assistance, community connection, or guidance on navigating the NDIS, we’re here to help.
If you’re living with a mental health challenge, our psychosocial support services can help you build confidence, develop life skills, and increase your independence. We work alongside you to provide tailored support that meets your needs.
If you’re caring for someone with a mental health condition, we offer free support to people over the age of 7 and help you navigate the challenges of being a carer. From counselling to peer support and practical resources, we’re here to support you too.
Navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. HelpingMinds provides support to help you understand your NDIS plan and access the services that will make a real difference in your life.
Connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Our online community forum provides a safe and supportive space to share experiences, seek advice, and find encouragement from people with lived experience of mental health challenges and also the people that are in a caring role.
