15 September 2020: Official Opening of WA Recovery College Alliance

On the 15th of September we officially launched the WA Recovery College Alliance.

The WA Recovery College Alliance (WARCA) is an innovative model that will deliver co-produced educational courses for anyone who wants to transform their lives through education.Thank you to the Deputy Premier and Minister for Mental Health, the Honourable Roger Cook MLA, for helping us to launch WARCA. And thank you to everyone who joined us both in person and online for the launch.

WARCA is now on Facebook and LinkedIn, so be sure to follow our pages to keep up with what’s happening at the College.

31 August 2020: September/October School Holiday Program

Our free and in-person School Holiday Program is back!

We are so excited to be able to return to in-person program (whilst social distancing, of course) for the September/October school holidays!

Please note bookings close 5 working days before the program start date. When you register your child’s interest their attendance is not confirmed until a HelpingMinds® team member gets in touch to confirm your eligibility for the program. Eligibility is stated on our website.

22 July 2020: HelpingMinds® is now an accredited mental health organisation

We are very excited to announce that we are now an Accredited mental health organisation!

This year HelpingMinds® successfully met the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.

What this means for you, is that you can trust HelpingMinds® to provide safe, high quality care to you and your family.

The aims of the NSQHS Standards is to protect the public from harm and to improve the quality of health service provision. The eight NSQHS Standards provide a nationally consistent statement about the level of care the community can expect from health services.
