HelpingMinds is creating two reference groups to provide a platform for carers to voice issues & provide input into HelpingMinds strategic direction & service delivery, as well as the opportunity to participate in projects, events & media.
The YoungMinds Reference Group is for 16-20 years old, who are living with mental health challenges or are in a carer role & are passionate about advocating for & providing a voice for young people.
The group aims to provide young people & young carers with a platform to voice the issues impacting them as well as the opportunity to:
