November 14, 2022
When mental health challenges change your family’s future, it’s normal to feel grief and loss.
Your loved one may be alive and close by, but due to their mental ill-health you may start to mourn a part of them. You might grieve for the hopes and dreams you had for them, or the identity you may have lost when becoming a carer.
In this workshop we will explore loss and grief through expressive art activities and learn self-care tips and coping skills to help bolster our own wellbeing
