If you are supporting someone close to you who lives with mental health challenges, it’s easy to forget about your own wellbeing.
Our Self Care Workshop is a safe and supportive environment where you can engage in discussions with like-minded people. Unwind with activities focusing on self-care, mindfulness and relaxation and discover the support services available to you, your friends and family members.
When: Thursday 22 October | 3.30pm- 5.30pm

Who: Adults who are supporting a family member or friend experiencing
mental health challenges
