To give everyone in the community a fair chance, each child can enrol in a maximum of two workshops. Please note, registrations close one week prior to the start of our School Holiday Program, being Wednesday 31 March. To avoid disappointment, enrol your child(ren) as soon as possible by completing the form. You will receive a follow up call from a HelpingMinds team member to confirm registration and eligibility.
A two-day workshop focused on building resilience and self-esteem in young people. Through expressive art and group activities, teens will learn healthy ways to express emotions and develop coping strategies. Includes an excursion to the pool!
